How does it work?

Step 1:
During normal office hours (Monday to Saturday, 08:30 to 06:30, except public holidays or other days when the APCS office is closed) please telephone our Customer Support Centre on . The Service Co-Ordinator's will direct your call.

Step 2:
Outside normal office hours, at weekends and public holidays the APCS ‘On Call’ engineer can be contacted by calling please give the following information:
