Overview
We are looking for a proactive Planning Engineer to support project scheduling, resource coordination, and progress tracking for electrical panel manufacturing and MEP project execution. The role ensures timely planning and smooth workflow across engineering and site activities.
Responsibilities
• Prepare project schedules based on scope and delivery timelines
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution functions
• Track material availability and project progress status
• Monitor milestones and support timely completion of activities
• Maintain planning reports and project tracking documentation
• Support coordination between factory and site execution activities
Requirements
• Diploma / BE in Electrical, Mechanical, EEE, or ECE
• 1–4 years experience in project planning or coordination roles
• Basic knowledge of electrical panel or MEP project workflows
• Ability to read drawings, schedules, and technical documents
• Strong coordination and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and planning tools
